World’s leading hospitality company ‘Oyo Hotels & Homes’ on Thursday introduced an updated outreach regulatory program and technology to make easy access for their network of hotel partners in India, and draw in further local hotel networks into its fold.
The chain of hotels which works with more than 8,700 hotel operators in around 259 cities in South Asia and India stated it has made considerable investment in setting up the OYO Partner Engagement Network which will aid its partner hotels to make easy access of technology, simpler financing options, and aid them with legal and regulatory issues on its platform.
On the occasion of the program, the company has introduced a committed micro site to boost engagement and provide virtual assistance tools for its network members, OYO stated in a statement.
The company also announced an updated Co-OYO app, "especially intended for partner franchisees to keep them upgraded on payment related data in one place. Over the Co-OYO application, asset owners in India could have thorough visibility on business performance, cash flows, pricing, recommendations and customer reviews," the company said.
Oyo principally works for local hotel owners over cities in India and abroad and brings them under their brand name and booking platform. It also supports them to implement definite processes and systems that are lined across marketplaces. As the company has raised with a presence in now around 500 cities across the globe, so has its chain of hotel members.
This has encouraged the company to step up the way it involves with its partners.
